The role is to support our postgraduate research admissions processes and ensure that our applicants and offer holders have an excellent experience and introduction to the University. We are looking for enthusiastic people to be part of our admissions teams supporting our applicants and programme teams, working collaboratively in accordance with good customer care principles.
Job Responsibility:
Support postgraduate research admissions processes
Ensure applicants and offer holders have an excellent experience and introduction to the University
Process applications
Act as a first point of contact for queries
Support open days and visit days (either on-campus or virtual)
Support interviews
Support confirmation and clearing activities
Requirements:
Experience of working with administrative processes in a Higher Education customer facing office environment
Preferably within PGR student administration
Thrive in a busy team environment
Enjoy interacting and supporting a wide range of people
Flexible and responsive to customer needs
Strong organisational and accuracy skills
Ability to adapt to changing systems and platforms
Ability to work and communicate successfully across both face to face and virtual channels
