You will be joining a highly skilled production team where quality and precision are paramount. We work on a diverse range of critical components, ensuring they meet the stringent finish and durability standards required for our aircraft.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform and assure structural assemblies of metallic and/or composite components following drawing requirements and applicable standards
  • Carry out precise preparation of components, including metallic and composite stacks, prior to assembly
  • Perform drilling, ensure structural continuity, and execute fastening of parts, applying necessary surface protections (e.g., sealant, alodine)
  • Ensure all operations are executed according to drawing requirements and quality standards, maintaining full traceability
  • Apply the Environmental Management System and maintain order to guarantee a safe work area

Requirements:

  • Formal Engineering Apprenticeship or Equivalent (e.g., Mechanical Fitting, Sheet Metal Worker, or Maintenance Fitter)
  • Equivalent relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline)
  • NDT Level 2 Certification (Penetrant Testing - PT) to a recognised standard like EN 4179, PCN, or ASNT
  • Health and Safety Training with certification in relevant HSE standards
  • Industry/Process Specific Experience in aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or heavy engineering environment with practical NDT and quality control experience
