The petroleum operations coordinator supports operations and is responsible for ensuring compliance with inventory management standards and procedures, and with oil partner requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that fuel inventory variations comply with government and internal company standards
  • Support operations with inventory management and fuel-related issues
  • Act as a reference for the application of petroleum partners' standards and procedures
  • Support oil transporters when problems arise on site and during deliveries
  • Support construction departments during renovations related to petroleum facilities

  • Support mystery shopping for affiliated oil companies
  • Perform fuel audits when required

Requirements:

Responsible for managing development requirements and opportunities, in relation with the above performance evaluations.
  • Communicates regularly with all Operating Engineers regarding operating requirements, operating and procedural changes etc.
  • Authority to hire, dismiss, promote or demote any employees with duties as Stationary Engineer under the Chief Operating Engineer’s control or supervision.
  • Visually inspects TSSA regulated equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions, need for repair, adjustment or lubrication and coordinated the required work.
  • Authorize, approve and be responsible for all the maintenance, repairs or work performed with the above-mentioned equipment or in connection with that equipment.
  • Responsible for the efficient operation of the river water treatment and process water systems.
