Job Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Pet Hub Team Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for effectively leading and managing the warehouse floor and goods-in operation within the Pet Hub. You will also support the Operations Manager in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the Pet Hub warehouse floor and goods-in operation
  • Ensure efficient stock handling and compliance with company standards
  • Support the Operations Manager in achieving depot KPIs and objectives
  • Drive productivity and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and training
  • Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or wholesale environment
  • Must have experience in the specialist pet market
  • Exceptional knowledge of pet product areas
  • Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Empathetic and empowering leadership style with clear delegation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills.
