Job Description

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at our thriving grooming business. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our mobile pet grooming operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a team of passionate professionals, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The General Manager must be a strong leader with exceptional customer service and sales expertise. Your leadership will help keep pets happy, healthy, and well-groomed, embodying our commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Hire, develop, retain and inspire a team of groomers, bathers, and future administrative staff
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging professional development
