At Aussie Pet Mobile, we're dedicated to delivering premium grooming services right to our clients' doorsteps. We prioritize the well-being of pets, ensuring every grooming session is a positive, stress-free experience. Our mission is to make grooming convenient while maintaining the highest standards of care for our furry friends. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our mobile pet grooming operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a team of passionate professionals, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The General Manager must be a strong leader with previous grooming, leadership, customer service, and sales expertise. Your leadership will help keep pets happy, healthy, and well-groomed, embodying our commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Hire, develop, retain, train, and inspire a team of groomers, bathers, and future administrative staff
