Job Description:

Join a premium mobile grooming team serving happy, repeat clients around southern Indianapolis. We handle the logistics so you can provide luxury, one‑on‑one care in a fully equipped Mercedes‑Benz grooming van - supported by scheduling and client communication tools.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver full‑cycle grooms with a manageable daily schedule that prioritizes safety and quality
Work independently in the van while communicating clearly with clients and the team
Maintain sanitation standards and care for equipment

Requirements:

Professional grooming experience required (job‑ready)
Clean driving record
comfortable operating a larger vehicle
Able to lift and maneuver pets up to 75 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance/equipment
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have:

mobile experience
confident cat grooming
demonstrated speed with quality (low redos, high rebook rate)
reliability
