The IT company Andersen invites a Personnel officer to join the team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. Job Responsibility:

  • Performing end-to-end personnel administration: processing hires, transfers, and terminations
  • tracking sick leaves and business trips
  • creating vacation schedules
  • managing leave allocations and balances
  • issuing certificates
  • maintaining timesheets
  • preparing reports
  • Storing and managing established HR documentation
  • Familiarizing employees with local regulations and other documents
  • Advising employees on personnel officer matters and labor law
  • Processing non-disclosure agreements
  • Preparing and managing apprenticeship contracts
  • Collaborating with personnel officers, accounting, HR managers, and recruitment teams
  • Cooperation on personnel issues with services in other countries
  • Preparing civil contracts
  • Managing postal correspondence dispatch

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 5+ years of experience as a Personnel officer
  • Knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
  • Comprehensive understanding of personnel administration
  • Experience working on the mygov.az portal with digital signature (SİMA İmza)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in processing foreign nationals and liaising with migration authorities
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • High motivation

Nice to have:

  • English language proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher
  • Experience collaborating with resident companies of "Technopark"
  • Knowledge and practical experience with the 1C system
