Job Description

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Personnel Logistics & HR Administrator to support offshore operations and HR activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring people are in the right place, at the right time, with the right requirements in place.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate offshore personnel mobilisation and demobilisation
  • Manage rotas, leave, and personnel changes
  • Liaise with offshore teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure certification, training, medicals, and inductions are compliant
  • Book travel and accommodation for training and offshore trips
  • Manage offshore uniform requirements
  • Support HR administration, payroll input, and time & attendance
  • Assist with HR processes, including meetings and note-taking when needed

Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration, personnel logistics, or a similar role
  • Payroll processing experience (SAP desirable)
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple teams
  • Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • HR or administration qualification
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards), or equivalent experience
