Job Responsibility:
Responsible for all legal issues of Rapro Production facility, Rapro R&D and Turgutlu Distribution Center, Istanbul Gates Güç, Gates Industrial and communicates with the management if necessary
Assists all employees on personnel issues, personnel policies and legislation
Coordinates legal matters pertaining to various acts and regulations
Acts as Payroll backup and performs payroll on a monthly basis during Accounting month end
Administrates HR related governmental and Aegean Free Zone documents. Follows up and updating regulations
It ensures that payroll transactions are carried out and reported in accordance with the legislation. Ensures that all legal processes are implemented in accordance with the legislation and works in cooperation with other departments if necessary
Tracks attendance for all hourly personnel, performs analysis and generates corresponding reports
Follows disciplinary processes
ensures that it is resolved within the specified time
Conducting administration affairs such as distribution processes of worker clothes, lockers, meal and transportation
Contacts meetings with company lawyers regarding legal matters, makes necessary preparations, and follows up the processes by holding monthly meetings
Acts as a resource for other team members
may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requirements:
5-7 years experience in HR department in a production company especially experience in T&A System
Requires degree in Business Administration or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations or social sciences
Complete understanding of HR systems and practices
Must have excellent problem solving skills and needs to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong MS Office competency demonstrated
Must be a good consensus builder and have strong persuasive power
Fluency in English is preferred and must be fluent Turkish
