Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, both pre and post-sale
  • Strive to exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and products
  • Offer daily support to colleagues, Supervisors, and the Area Manager

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales skills, with experience of achieving targets in a face-to-face sales environment
  • Previous experience working within the airline, travel, or tourism industry is highly desirable
  • A strong commitment to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and effective relationship management
  • Proven ability to overcome challenges in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • A strong passion and curiosity for luxury travel, with the drive to stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and products
