Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, both pre and post-sale
  • Strive to exceed personal and team sales targets with determination and a proactive approach
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and products
  • Offer daily support to colleagues, Supervisors, and the Area Manager, creating a collaborative and friendly work environment
  • Inspire customers with your travel expertise, recommend and sell holidays, and work towards achieving high sales targets

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills with preferred experience of achieving targets in a fast paced sales environment
  • Previous experience of working within the airline, travel or tourism industry is desirable
  • Dedication to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and relationship management
  • Proven experience of overcoming challenges within a constantly evolving environment
  • Strong passion and curiosity for luxury travel, with a drive to stay informed about the latest travel trends and offerings
