Personal Support Worker

• Personal Care (ADLs): Provide full assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Assist with safe transfers (e.g., bed to chair), ambulation, and prescribed light exercises
• Household Management: Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy and hazard-free home, including vacuuming, dusting, and organizing living areas
• Laundry Services: Manage the client’s personal laundry and linens regularly
• Nutritious Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare healthy meals tailored to the client’s dietary needs and preferences
• Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere that promotes the client’s overall well-being and independence

• Valid PSW Certificate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and highly compassionate
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and CPR/First Aid certification

Experience in geriatric care or supporting clients with cognitive impairments (Alzheimer’s/Dementia) is an asset
