Job Description

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven Styling Administrator to support the seamless execution of our styling operations. This role serves as the backbone of the Styling Lounge, ensuring all appointments, inventory, and administrative responsibilities are handled with precision and professionalism. The ideal admin will be proactive, efficient, and committed to delivering a world-class client and stylist experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule all online and in-store styling appointments, including responding to requests from CRC, SPM, ASM, and marketing/event/PR teams
  • Send Outlook calendar invites and manage all BLVD appointment statuses (confirmed, arrived, completed)
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the styling lounge, including fitting rooms, COG closets, alterations, and stylist holds
  • Ensure all supplies are fully stocked and properly labeled
  • Manage daily pickup and drop-off of alterations
  • File completed alterations by stylist for timely client outreach
  • Maintain COG organization by alphabetical order and tag color
  • Ensure stylists maintain accurate holds in PB
  • Remove expired holds and support stylists during appointments as needed
  • Check in and out daily with the SPM for daily action items and updates
  • Professionally greet all clients upon arrival and promptly notify their stylist
  • Answer all phone calls within three rings and ensure the lounge always reflects a polished, welcoming environment
  • Coordinate the setup and takedown of PK sessions in Room 6, including TV, seating, and presentation materials
  • Support all events held in the styling lounge as needed
  • Pack and ship all client packages accurately and on time
  • Provide FedEx tracking to stylists and ensure packages are placed on the pallet before the daily cutoff
  • Order and restock water in collaboration with store admin
  • Ensure all fitting rooms are clear and store opening ready at open and close
  • Communicate with stylists and leadership regarding any outstanding merchandise

Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven
  • continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
  • frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
  • handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
  • regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
  • frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
