Job Description:

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Personal Loan Products Manager. Principal responsibilities include developing and executing Personal Loan business growth strategies, analyzing customer behavior, driving profitability, collaborating with marketing and other stakeholders, and ensuring compliance while improving the customer journey.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute Personal Loan business growth strategies and activities, deliver sustainable growth in loan balances and market share
Stipulate analytics and MIs to understand customer behavior, revenue dynamics and trend, and in turn drive profitability of loan portfolio
Actively interact with various stakeholders, including Sales and Distribution and digital channels to establish rapport and ensure efficient execution of business activities
Drive changes and process transformation to shorten end-to-end application processing time and improve customer journey
Collaborate with Marketing in the planning, development and implementation of creative and cost-effective marketing campaigns
Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies and regulation

Requirements:

University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
Minimum eight years' experience in Personal Loan or Card Loan product development within retail Banking
Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth
Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
Strong project management
proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
