Job Description:

Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Staff Development Coordinator. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Train new Personal Lines employees on the Agency Management System (AMS), ImageRight, PL Rating, SinglePoint, carrier websites, and all related workflows, tools, and procedures
  • review Teams organization and resources with new staff
  • Set up AMS for new employees, ensure proper desktop configurations, assist current staff with AMS/ImageRight procedures, and coordinate with IT to resolve system or carrier-site issues
  • Lead quarterly re-training sessions and provide continuous education to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across Personal Lines operations
  • Responsible for training new Personal Lines employees on individual insurance carrier websites – including quoting, applications, policy change requests, locating claims information, billing information, and declarations pages

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, with proven training experience (remote training preferred)
  • IT experience required, with strong familiarity with company software, systems, and departmental procedures
  • Ability to stay current on industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge in all areas of Personal Lines and training responsibilities
