Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines clients (home & auto)

Requirements

  • Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
  • Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
  • Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy
  • Proven ability to grow a book and meet revenue or policy targets
  • Experience in smaller organizations preferred
  • not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression
