Job Description:

A new position is being created for a Personal Lines to focus on acting as a Customer Adviser, managing customer enquiries, developing accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a Customer Adviser on specific nominated accounts
  • Manage a range of customer enquiries via telephone, email and post
  • Develop the account through existing client contacts
  • Shared responsibility for achievement of the business plan and budget of the Division
  • Ensure operation within the Company’s systems and procedures
  • Check policy documents for accuracy and breadth of cover
  • Provide assistance to the Claims department with any relevant claims
  • Updating client records with accurate information received from insurers
  • Transfer of copy and documents into the client electronic file
  • Promote and support the Division both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Organised
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good technical knowledge – in specific areas needed e.g. Motor, home, travel

Nice to have:

Commitment and willingness to work towards a minimum qualification of Cert CII
