Job Description

Join a Growing and Supportive Insurance Brokerage. Our client, a well-established and highly respected insurance brokerage, is looking to add an experienced Personal Lines CSR to their in-office team. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and service an assigned portfolio of personal lines clients with a high level of accuracy and care
  • Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and billing inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with claims inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the process
  • Prepare quotes and complete portal entries across multiple markets
  • Work closely with producers and house accounts within an alpha-split structure to ensure seamless client service
  • Maintain organized workflows and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance servicing
  • Active RIBO license
  • Strong understanding of personal insurance products, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with EPIC is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach
  • Ability to navigate insurer portals, manage claims support, and process endorsements accurately
