The Client Assistant will play a key role in supporting our Personal Lines department by delivering exceptional administrative and clerical support that strengthens our service excellence. You will act as a vital liaison for managers and team members, helping keep operations running smoothly through accurate data processing, clear communication, and dependable daily support. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑driven professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, people‑first culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to a specific department
  • Process data and generate routine reports regarding results, earnings, or conditions
  • Maintain office records, files, and calendars
  • Answer questions about the organization's products and services to assist in customer service functions
  • Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or equivalent

Requirements:

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • 1–3 years' experience in a similar position
