Job Description:

We're looking for a Personal Lines Broker to join a dynamic team in Laval, where customer service is at the heart of everything we do. If you're passionate about personal lines insurance and want to work in a stimulating, friendly environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional customer service
Advise customers on insurance products
Analyze risks
Negotiate conditions with insurers
Follow up on renewals
Contribute to team development
All other related tasks

Requirements:

Personal lines license (AMF) MANDATORY
1 year experience in personal lines insurance
Fluency in French (intermediate to advanced English an asset)
Proficiency in Office suite
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Self-motivated, resourceful
Professional ethics

Nice to have:

Intermediate to advanced English
