Job Description:

Lawes is currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Account handler to look after a large portfolio of clients

Job Responsibility:

Maintain an existing portfolio of clients and establish a strong professional relationship
Handle renewals, mid-term-adjustments and new quotes
Dealing with customers through email and telephone
Offering a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience within a similar role
Experience working in a broker environment
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Knowledge of the Acturis system
