Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively
Provide expert legal advice to clients on personal injury matters
Draft legal documents and correspondences with precision and attention to detail
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes
Represent clients in court proceedings where necessary
Maintain accurate records and case management systems
Keep up to date with changes in personal injury law and relevant regulations
Collaborate with colleagues across the legal department to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland with 4+ PQE
Proven experience in handling personal injury claims
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and related procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
The ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client care
