Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of personal injury cases
Draft legal documents, including correspondence, statements, and legal agreements
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and their representatives
Prepare cases for court hearings and represent clients when required
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the personal injury field
Maintain accurate records and case files, updating clients on case progress regularly
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients

Requirements:

Qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland
Proven experience during training / post qualification managing personal injury cases from inception to conclusion
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures within the personal injury sector
Excellent client care skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbally
