Job Responsibility

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of personal injury cases
  • Draft legal documents, including correspondence, statements, and legal agreements
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and their representatives
  • Prepare cases for court hearings and represent clients when required
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the personal injury field
  • Maintain accurate records and case files, updating clients on case progress regularly
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients

Requirements

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland
  • Proven experience during training / post qualification managing personal injury cases from inception to conclusion
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures within the personal injury sector
  • Excellent client care skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbally
