Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of personal injury matters
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence to a high standard
  • Negotiate settlements with third parties and their representatives
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients where necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients
  • Stay updated with changes in personal injury law and related legislation

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland
  • Strong knowledge of the litigation process -ideally personal injury law
  • Experience in managing personal injury cases independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management
  • Competency in using legal case management systems and software
