Job Description:

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in London is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with experience in personal injury who is looking to build on their technical knowledge, gain hands-on responsibility, and progress within a supportive and reputable firm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting on a caseload of personal injury claims (RTA, EL/PL, and some more complex matters)
  • Supporting fee earners with files from instruction through to settlement
  • Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers, and third parties
  • Managing files and ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
  • Opportunity to take on your own files as you develop

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
  • Exposure to RTA and/or EL/PL claims
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and motivated approach to learning and development
  • Someone keen to progress within personal injury law
