Personal Injury Paralegal

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from filing through trial
• Draft and assist with pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage case files, medical records, and document production
• Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and trial binders
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures
• Experience supporting trial preparation and complex cases
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on civil litigation
• Proficiency in case management software and other legal technology tools
• Strong skills in discovery, trial preparation, and litigation support
• Experience handling personal injury litigation, particularly for plaintiffs, is preferred
• Familiarity with court filing procedures in both state and federal jurisdictions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
