At least 1 years experience working on Claimant RTA cases
preferably with knowledge of cycling accident claims
experience of handling RTA Portal files during Stage 1 and Stage 2
good understanding of the CPR and Portal rules

Job Responsibility

Preparing and submitting CNFs/letters of claim
Reviewing medical reports
Drafting witness statements
Drafting schedules of special damages
Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel
Drafting court documents
Researching case law on liability and quantum
Preparing advice on liability, causation and quantum
