Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a dynamic Personal Injury law firm in Everett. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in managing cases from pre-litigation through settlement, ensuring all aspects of client representation are handled with precision and care. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage pre-litigation caseloads, including initial case setup and ongoing communication with clients
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to establish coverage and ensure timely handling of claims
  • Monitor treatment statuses and review medical records for accuracy and relevance
  • Conduct final accounting and balance reviews to support case settlements
  • Assist attorneys with negotiations and settlement processes, providing thorough case preparation
  • Draft demand letters and handle litigation tasks when applicable to your experience
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure seamless case progression
  • Collaborate with team members to support the firm’s commitment to excellent client service
  • Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in cases

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law, including pre-litigation case management
  • Strong knowledge of medical records analysis and electronic medical records systems
  • Proven ability to coordinate with insurance companies and medical providers
