At least one year of experience handling road, pedestrian, or cycling injury cases
confident managing a high-volume caseload
motivated and proactive approach
ability to assess case prospects, communicate clearly with clients, draft statements, and handle all aspects of case preparation including instructing medical reports and assessing losses
highly organised
empathetic
capable of working both independently and as part of a wider team

Job Responsibility

Manage own caseload of pre-litigated personal injury claims
provide high-quality advice to clients
