Beacon Hill Legal seeks Personal Injury Litigation Paralegals with 3+ years of personal injury plaintiff experience for a direct-hire opportunity supporting a Shareholder with a law firm based in Mechanicsville, VA!

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of personal injury plaintiff experience
  • Experience with all phases of litigation
  • Skilled in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents
  • Skilled in coordinating with clients to gather information and confirm medical treatment
  • Skilled in managing expert witness designations and trial preparation
  • Skilled in scheduling depositions, hearings, and trial-related meetings, tracking court deadlines, and handling e-filing across state, federal, and appellate courts
  • Skilled in managing litigation calendars, auditing liens (ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, workers' compensation), and working within a case management system
