Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial
  • Effectively negotiate settlements with insurance companies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and trials

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
  • License to practice law in the state of Missouri
  • Proven personal injury litigation experience
  • Outstanding problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Case Management Software
  • Experience with Document Management
  • Ability to construct and deliver clear Briefings
  • Solid background in Civil Litigation

  • Knowledge of Personal Injury Plaintiffs representation
