We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Personal Injury Legal Secretary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role requires a highly organized individual who will be heavily involved in transcription and dictation tasks, as well as other duties within the legal industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately processing transcription and dictation tasks
  • Engaging in e-filing and docketing activities
  • Managing and maintaining the calendar
  • Handling client relations and communications
  • Requesting and managing medical records
  • Utilizing software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and Case Management Software for various tasks
  • Performing briefing and billing functions
  • Working with Consumer Electronics
  • Utilizing CompuLaw for specific tasks

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of personal injury experience
  • Proficiency in Calendar Management
  • Strong Client Relations skills
