Job Description:

Beacon Hill's client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal or Attorney to provide litigation support to our client's Personal Injury Shareholder team. This role requires strong litigation skills, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload, and excellent drafting abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to step in quickly and operate with minimal oversight.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft legal memoranda, motions, and related litigation documents
  • Prepare, manage, and organize legal complaints
  • Conduct PA e-filing and ensure all filings are timely and compliant
  • Support case management for personal injury litigation matters
  • Provide direct assistance to Attorney Shareholders

Requirements:

  • Background as a sophisticated Litigation Paralegal or PA-Licensed Litigation Attorney
  • Prior litigation experience-plaintiff or defense-is acceptable
  • Strong drafting and legal writing skills
  • Experience with e-filing systems (PA preferred)
  • Ability to work onsite in Hamilton, NJ, Monday-Friday
