Job Description

Personal Injury Legal Assistant. Working closely with a very friendly lawyer, this role will have no glass ceiling to what an aspiring legal support professional seeks. There is plenty of scope for client and file involvement from file inception to settlement.

Job Responsibility

  • One-on-One legal role supporting a very friendly Lawyer
  • Learn how personal injury files are run
  • Opportunities for independent file activities
  • Hands on role with lots of client interaction
  • Day-to-day management of various legal files such as WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability matters

Requirements

  • Personal injury support experience in a plaintiff or defendant firm
  • Legal certificate, diploma or legal based degree is a bonus
  • Second language is a wonderful advantage
