Job Description:

A Top Tier International Law firm is currently looking to expand their Insurance department with an additional lawyer that is NQ+ in their Bristol office. The role involves handling Personal Injury claims, with the opportunity to be involved in regulatory matters such as health and safety investigations/prosecutions and inquests. The work is varied, making it interesting and challenging – you will have the opportunity to run your own files. In return, you will be joining a highly regarded law firm with a fantastic reputation within the Legal Market.

Job Responsibility:

Managing Personal Injury files (Fast Track, Multi Track and Intermediate) This is a defendant Personal Injury role
Contribution to the development of the team and service
Deliver high quality and timely output to clients
Advise on all legal aspects (including coverage)

Requirements:

Qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor
Previous experience within Personal Injury (Defendant or Claimant)
Knowledge of Legal Procedures
Good organisational skills
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
Commercial Awareness
An Interest in gaining experience within Product Law and Health and Safety
