We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Defense Litigation Attorney to join our law firm client's dynamic team as a Junior Partner in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven ability to manage personal injury defense cases effectively. Job Responsibility

  • Represent clients in personal injury defense litigation cases with a high level of professionalism and efficiency
  • Draft, review, and revise legal motions, briefs, and other court filings
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting requests, responding to inquiries, and analyzing evidence
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations to advocate on behalf of clients
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal precedents impacting personal injury defense
  • Work closely with partners and other team members to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury defense
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona
  • Demonstrated ability to draft, file, and argue motions and briefs effectively
  • Proficiency in managing complex discovery processes, including electronic discovery
  • Strong research skills and the ability to analyze legal issues thoroughly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
