Personal Injury Defense Attorney

• Represent clients in personal injury defense cases, ensuring high-quality legal services
• Conduct depositions, arbitration hearings, and other litigation tasks with precision
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery materials
• Perform thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments
• Manage and summarize deposition transcripts effectively
• Collaborate with clients, insurance companies, or public agencies to address legal matters
• Develop strategies to resolve cases efficiently while protecting client interests
• Maintain compliance with legal standards and ethical practices
• Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case management

• Licensed attorney in good standing with appropriate state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience
• Proficiency in conducting depositions and arbitration hearings
• Strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting motions and briefs
• Familiarity with civil litigation processes and discovery procedures
• Background in insurance company litigation or public agency legal work is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
