Strong understanding of Personal Injury Law and Litigation procedures
proficient in Calendar Management, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met
able to work with Case Management Software to track and manage legal cases efficiently
capable of handling Complaints professionally, ensuring client satisfaction
experience in Document Management, ensuring all legal documents are correctly filed and easily accessible
knowledge of various Legal Software, contributing to efficient and effective work processes

Job Responsibility

efficiently operate legal software to aid in case preparation and management
respond to and manage complaints in a professional and timely manner
engage in various aspects of litigation including preparation, investigation, and research
maintain and manage medical records related to personal injury cases
draft, revise, and file motions to aid in the legal process
prepare and file pleadings in compliance with court rules and procedures
use LexisNexis for legal research and to aid in case preparation.
