Job Description

A national plaintiffs’ law firm with a strong reputation for high-stakes litigation is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing Tampa, Florida office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in meaningful plaintiff-side work.

Job Responsibility

  • Case investigation and factual development
  • Managing written discovery and document review
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Drafting pleadings motions and legal memoranda
  • Preparing cases for trial and participating in trial proceedings

Requirements

  • 2+ years of personal injury experience
  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

Nice to have

  • Prior plaintiff litigation experience including motion practice discovery and depositions
  • Judicial clerkship and government experience
  • Prior experience in complex litigation
