• Provide zealous representation for clients, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from pre-litigation stages through trial.
• Communicate consistently with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the legal process.
• Analyze legal issues specific to each case, including reviewing insurance policies, settlement releases, and lien documentation.
• Draft and file various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, demands, and discovery materials.
• Collaborate with adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance case progress.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative and success-driven environment.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and legal practices to ensure effective advocacy.

• Active member in good standing with the Missouri State Bar
• Illinois license preferred.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve both individual and team success.
• Proficiency in drafting litigation documents and preparing for court hearings.
