Robert Half Legal is partnering with a high‑performing Personal Injury law firm in Central Washington to identify a Litigation Attorney who is motivated, client‑focused, and eager to make a real impact. This firm is widely respected for its work on catastrophic injury cases, including traumatic brain injury (TBI) and complex commercial vehicle litigation, and is deeply committed to serving the Central Washington and Eastern Oregon communities. Job Responsibility:
Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution
Conduct client intakes, case evaluations, and factual investigations
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement demands
Prepare and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial
Argue substantive and dispositive motions and attend court as needed
Make strategic recommendations regarding case direction and potential recoveries
Deliver outstanding client service through clear communication, diligence, and results
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with community partners, experts, and referral sources
Collaborate closely with a tight‑knit team of attorneys and legal staff, always acting with integrity and accountability
Requirements:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
1+ year of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred
Spanish fluency strongly preferred
Strong legal writing skills with minimal need for editing
Experience taking and defending depositions
Arbitration and trial experience preferred
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team‑oriented culture
A client‑first mindset and commitment to high‑level advocacy
Nice to have:
Spanish fluency
1+ year of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
