Requirements

3+ years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience
Trial experience preferred but not required
Active license to practice law in New York State
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing skills

Job Responsibility

Conduct thorough legal research to build compelling case strategies
Draft and respond to motions
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and trial briefs
Review and draft discovery responses
Attend court conferences and hearings (both virtual and in-person) as required, including delivering opening and closing statements
Collaborate with medical professionals, investigators, and other experts to strengthen case arguments and secure the best outcomes for clients
