Job Description:

A Personal Host at Ritz Carlton Reserve is a dedicated service expert who ensures seamless guest experiences, coordinates logistics, and provides cultural value by sharing local knowledge. They oversee check-in/check-out procedures, manage guest requests, and exemplify the Gold Standards of Ritz-Carlton.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate logistics of guest stays including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation, and property exploration
address special requests or problems
ensure guest check-in and check-out procedures
verify billing and reservations
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
support team to reach goals
anticipate and address guest needs
comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years related work experience required
