Job Description:

A Personal Host is responsible for crafting exceptional guest experiences at the Ritz-Carlton Nekajui Reserve. This role focuses on coordinating guest logistics, offering impeccable service, and sharing cultural knowledge to enhance the Reserve experience. Personal Hosts are storytellers and service experts with a dedication to thoughtful hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Hand crafting guest experiences
coordinating logistics such as spa services, dinner reservations, and transportation
sharing local knowledge, traditions, and insider tips
addressing special guest requests or problems
maintaining a fluid and seamless guest experience
complying with safety and company policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no supervisory experience
at least 2 years related work experience required
