A Personal Host is a dedicated service expert who personifies the Reserve service for each guest. Personal Hosts play the role of mission controller throughout a guest’s stay, hand crafting their experience. Through this single touchpoint, Reserve guests have access to all of the property’s services, amenities and offerings. Always available but never intrusive, the Personal Host coordinates logistics of each guest’s stay including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation and exploration of the property. The Personal Host is a master of timing and communication, ensuring that each guest’s needs are anticipated and met in a way that is fluid, seamless and seemingly effortless. The Personal Host effectively and immediately addresses any special guest requests or problems. In addition to ensuring guests’ every functional need is met, Personal Hosts add cultural value to the Reserve experience by sharing their love of place. Personal Hosts are storytellers who look for organic opportunities to share local knowledge, traditions and insider tips.
Job Responsibility:
Personify the Reserve service for each guest
Act as mission controller throughout a guest’s stay
Hand craft guest experiences
Coordinate logistics of each guest’s stay including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation and exploration of the property
Ensure guest needs are anticipated and met in a fluid, seamless way
Immediately address any special guest requests or problems
Add cultural value by sharing love of place
Share local knowledge, traditions and insider tips
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Follow all company policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support team to reach common goals
Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Requirements:
At least 2 years related work experience required
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
