Job Description:

Community and home-based health services supporting clients to live independent and active lives. The role involves personal care, domestic assistance, and medication assistance for clients in their homes.

Job Responsibility:

Personal care
Medication assist
Domestic assistance (light cleaning): bed making, vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cooking, cleaning kitchen and bathroom
Grocery shopping
Adding notes to the system after each visit

Requirements:

Passion for Helping: A genuine interest in supporting our clients and making their lives better
MUST HAVE a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent
A driver’s license
Reliable car
Comprehensive insurance
WWCC
First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and tablets
