Job Responsibility

Medication Administration
Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff of the organisation
Participates in the development and evaluation of care plans to improve resident’s care in consultation with residents and their representatives
Work closely with RN and be able to report changes in resident health conditions
Maintain and update Resident Record
To assist with daily activities of the Residents
To maintain up to date knowledge on AN-ACC, accreditation process, new practices, and procedures
Be able to liaise with third party providers including medical officers, dentists, podiatrist etc.
Have an excellent communication skill and have high level of documentation
