Previous experience in nursing homes, hospice care, or senior care is highly desirable
Familiarity with assisted living environments and patient care practices is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively as needed

Relevant experience/training and/or qualifications – such as NVQ Level 2/Health and Social Care or other relevant care qualifications are preferred but are not essential

Continence management
Care of pressure sores (under appropriate nursing supervision)
Getting in and out of bed
Assisting with the use of Aids to Daily Living / Rehabilitation Aids, as required
