Job Description

Lead the growth agenda of Oral care category in PT Unilever Indonesia to ensure that we land innovation OTIF fully supported by strong claims and demos so we can assert our leadership; support all initiatives that is margin accretive to the business and drive our agenda for planet positive.

Job Responsibility

  • Asserting our leadership through product innovation delivery supported by strong claims and demos
  • Making the business profitable through saving and simplification
  • Ensuring that we meet Planet positive agenda
  • To manage, coach and develop the Oral care R&D team ensuring good collaboration with the capability R&D team (pack, CTIC, Digital, Regulatory affairs) and with the cross functional team and with the Global team
  • Responsible for all technical contents in specification, artwork, communication, claims and demos maximizing the use of digital tools where possible
  • Ensure full product compliance with Unilever guidance and local regulatory guidance
  • Drive value improvement programmes to support margin improvement through smart product saving, iGP and complexity reduction
  • R&D Business partner to Indonesia Oral care team, Acting as the first point of contact for all issues related to Oral care
  • Lead and Drive Quality improvement programmes
  • Land innovation projects with speed with good interaction with BG R&D team, BG marketing and BU marketing
  • Support Planet positive agenda in Oral care
  • To comply with Unilever Code of Business Principles and all SHE and QA policies including the support of product claims and risk management
